In-Mold Labeling - IML

  • The IRABI  Series  robot is designed for  automatic labelling of bottle product. Single face mold or 2  faces mold with 1,2,4 or 8 cavities. Fully automatic labelling helps improving the production efficiency and the product quality. 
  • Employs console model installation with minimized overall height separated from blowing machine and avoids any mechanical vibration interference.
  • All major axis are Servo Driven which provides fast and precise motion. 

Vertical Transporter

  • Connect with robot signal. Catch products accurately and protect the products.
  • Up-down motions, tilt motions are automatically done.
  •  Transport products to workbench.
  • Two-point composition and quick connectors for conveniently usage.
  • The up and down stroke can be adjusted.
